I found this via Rachel-kitty on LiveJournal, so I thought I’d steal it because it looked nice. Since it reveals plenty about the way I love, I thought I’d post it over here as well.

How many times can you honestly say you’ve been in love?

I’ve been in love with the idea of love, but I think that there have a been a couple of people that I really could have fallen for.

Do you believe that everyone has a soul-mate?

Sometimes.

Do you think that you should become friends with someone before dating them?

Yes. Or, at the very least, have several conversations to help figure out the ins and outs of what the both of you expect from one another and the relationship.

Have you ever had your heart broken?

To quote Kitty, “Hell, yeah!”

What do you think about long-distance relationships?

Grahphla. . . They can be Hell, so I try not to involve myself in them.

Would you rather date someone five years older or five years younger than you?

Five years older. Not only is the person more interesting, but dating someone five years younger would put me in jail.

Have you ever seen a friend as more than a friend?

Of course! All the time.

Do you believe the statement, “Once a cheater always a cheater”?

Absolutely. You can’t force a person to change who they are, no matter what you do to/with/for them.

Have you ever loved someone so much that it hurt & you cried?

Yes, but again, I’d have to examine whether that was ever truly love at all.

How many kids do you want to have?

That varies. Some days, none. Others, two/three. I’d just like to adopt a child from here or a baby girl from China and be done with it.

Is there someone who you like at the moment?

Sort of, I suppose. Besides the “kinda” real person, can I count ‘non-existent’ people as well?

Do you usually fall for a wrong guy/girl or the right guy/girl?

The wrong guy/girl, all the time. I always tend to want to love the wrong people. It’s probably more to do with the fact that I honestly don’t want a relationship at all.

What’s your favorite colored eyes?

Green.

What are your views on gay marriages?

I’m all for it, and would vote in favor of legally protecting it.

Have you ever broken someone’s heart?

Not that I know of.

Have you ever given or been given roses?

Yes, I’ve given my mother and grandmother roses for Mother’s Day.

Are you the one who makes the move or do you wait for them to make the move?

Both. It depends on the person. Even if I am taking the ‘passive’ role, I always send out strong signals.

What is your all time favorite romance movie?

Uhmm. . . I’ll get back to you on that, because I don’t know off the top of my head.

Imagine you’re 79 & your spouse just died, would you remarry?

Maybe. I don’t know. I can’t even clearly see myself getting married the first time around.

Is remarriage betrayal?

Not necessarily, unless there was some sort of vow made between the couple prior to one of their deaths.

At what age did you start noticing the opposite/same sex?

Kindergarden. I thought that kissing was fun. I actually faked the “Boys have cooties” phase.

What song do you want played as you walk down the aisle?

Either the wedding march if I am in a church or something grounding and peaceful if I have an outside wedding.

Are most high school kids infatuated or in love?

It really depends on the people involved and their relationship.

What’s the longest you’ve ever liked someone?

Several years, I guess.

Would you give up everything for love?

Without a doubt. I am hopelessly sentimental that way. It’s annoying at times. You know, when I find myself walking to someone’s house at 11 at night in the cold simply because they need me. But when I get there, they’ve changed their mind.

Will your life be incomplete without love?

Nope. Not one bit. I like being by myself. I’d rather turn down an invitation than accept one.

What do you notice first in a guy/girl?

It depends on the person. Sometimes it’s their smile, their face, their humor. It’s whatever is readily noticeable about them that I tend to hone in on.

What do you like most about your crush or past crush?

That they’re sweet and eloquent.

Like someone?

Again, kinda sorta.

Do they know?

Absolutely not! I have the tendency to destroy things around me. I’d rather one of those things not include her as well.
